Poolside Landscape Retreat
Stone decking, a hydrangea hedge and open lawn turn a bare pool into part of the garden.
Project overview
A pool that sat alone in a field of grass was given a stone surround, a row of loungers, shade, and a flowering hedge that screens without fencing the view in.
Design concept
Soften every hard edge the pool creates. Give the loungers a view of planting and trees, and keep the lawn running right up to the coping.
