Large-format paving, a louvred pergola and a planted edge make a small yard feel generous.
Project overview
A narrow lawn-only yard reorganised into a paved lounge under a pergola, a clean path along the house and a simple lawn panel, with planting kept to the edges.
Design concept
Run the paving in line with the house and keep the joints narrow. Shelter one corner so the patio is useful in sun and in light rain.
